Location: New grade on Highland Acres Rd. from 233rd St. north to Lincoln Way.

Contractor: Peterson Contractors Inc. from Reinbeck, IA.

Construction Activity: Construction began on May 14, 2009. Contractor has completed mainline grading. Is working on redoing North intersection, placing back topsoil and will be ready to do seeding.
Duration: Completion is expected to be by the end of October, 2009.

PROJECT NO. ER-C064(105)--58-64

Location: On Marble Rd approximately 3/4 mile West of Knapp Ave. or 1.5 miles West of Liscomb.
Contractor: Midwest Contracting, LLC from Marshall, MN.

Construction Activity: Contractor has completed placing the  Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert and road is open to through traffic.
