Tier II facilities reports
Required by law, Tier II facilities must report to the DNR and Emergency Management.
As of March 1, 2009, Marshall County Emergency Management has received 46 Tier II reports either by paper copy or by HERE program (through DNR). To read the information on requirements for the Tier II facility reporting, please refer to the Iowa DNR website at http://www.iowadnr.gov/epcra/
