Learn how to silk paint!

Silk PaintingThe third session of our Naturally Artistic series, participants will get hands on experience working with silk painting. Naturalist Emily Herring will go over the basic of this centuries old art form including materials, process, and setting of stain.  Participants will create their own silk hoop to take home for display.  This session will be held at the Grimes Farm and Conservation Center from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. on May 25th. Participants must pre-register and pay the program fee of $15.00 before May 15, 2017.
