Marshall County Central Point of Coordination MI/CMI/MR/DD County Management Plan Amendment
The Board of Supervisors of Marshall County, Iowa will meet at the Courthouse, Meeting Room #2, located in the NE corner of the third floor, at 9:00 AM on, December 12, 2006.
The purpose of this hearing is to provide public review and input into the proposed amendment of the MI/CMI/MR/DD Management Plan. This plan outlines the policy and procedure for funding individuals with Mental Illness, Chronic Mental Illness, Mental Retardation, and Developmental Disabilities.
The proposed amendment is to change the income eligibility from 200% of the Federal Poverty guideline to 150% effective January 1, 2007.
