NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MARSHALL COUNTY CENTRAL POINT OF COORDINATION
MH/DD COUNTY MANAGEMENT PLAN
3-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN FY10-12

The Board of Supervisors of Marshall County, Iowa will meet at the Courthouse,
Meeting Room #2, located in the NE corner of the third floor, at 9:00 a.m. March 31st,
2009.

The purpose of this hearing is to provide public review and input into the proposed 3-
year strategic plan that fulfills the requirements of the Iowa Administrative Code,
Chapter 25. This plan outlines the development, vision, goals and provider network for
individuals with mental illness, chronic mental illness, mental retardation and
developmental disabilities.

Copies of the proposed fiscal year 2010 to fiscal year 2012 strategic plan will be
available at the Board of Supervisors’ Office or Central Point of Coordination.
Written or oral comments are welcome. Written comments can be presented at the public
hearing, or sent to the Marshall County Board of Supervisors, 1 East Main St.,
