Auditor/ Recorder Assistant
Employment status:
Full time regular. Non-exempt under FLSA.
Work schedule:
Standard work week. Generally 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. Overtime and weekend hours possible during elections.
Description/ Primary Duties:
The above position has duties in multiple departments within the Marshall County Auditor/ Recorder’s office.
Vitals – Assisting customers at the public counter with vital records requests. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reporting
DNR – Assisting customers at the public counter with DNR renewals, transfers, and snowmobile trail passes.
Real Estate - reviewing documents and approving property transfers
Elections – Assistant to the Deputy Auditor of Elections
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Minimum AA Degree preferred. Previous administrative work preferred
Required Skills:
Computer proficient, Knowledge of Microsoft office, Skilled Verbal & Written Communication, Effective at Time Management, Independent worker, Organized, Detail-Oriented, Customer service skills
Salary Range:
$16.50 - 19.50 per hour, can vary depending on experience and qualifications.
